Fall in Austin means one thing: Austin City Limits (ACL) Music Festival is back, taking over Zilker Park across two electrifying weekends: October 3–5 and October 10–12, 2025. For residents of The Anderson, ACL is essentially in your backyard—a quick drive or a brisk bike ride from home, delivering unmatched convenience and festival vibes without the travel stress.

This year’s lineup is a vibrant mix of genres, with Sabrina Carpenter, Hozier, Luke Combs, The Strokes, Doechii, John Summit, and more headlining across both weekends. Recent updates added The Killers as Sunday’s headliner on both weekends, stepping in for Doja Cat, who had to cancel due to album commitments. ACL’s musical scope spans rock, pop, indie, country, electronic, and more, ensuring every type of music lover can find their groove.

With eight to nine stages spread across Zilker Park, the fest has grown into one of the nation’s largest music events, drawing roughly 75,000 attendees daily, or nearly 450,000 over both weekends. Beyond the music, ACL brings food from top Austin vendors through its “Austin Eats” court, an art market, and family-friendly zones, making it a full-spectrum festival experience.

Ticketing options suit a range of preferences. General admission three-day passes start at $360, while VIP and Platinum packages go up to $1,670, and Y’all Access passes reach $27,000, with ultra-lux bungalows priced around $30,000. Single-day tickets begin at around $170.

For those planning to attend, wristband activation and cashless options make festival logistics smoother: activate your wristband in advance, link it to a card, and enjoy seamless purchases on site—including a bonus $5 credit for AmEx cardholders. Shuttle, rideshare, and public transit are strongly encouraged because parking near Zilker is extremely limited.
