Honoring Our Heroes: Austin Veterans Day Parade

Mark your calendar: the Austin Veterans Parade returns Tuesday, November 11, 2025, beginning at 9:00 AM. The procession starts at the Congress Avenue Bridge and proceeds north along Congress toward the Texas State Capitol, where a Veterans Day Ceremony begins at 11:11 AM on the south steps. 



All are welcome to view the parade for free; spectators can line Congress Avenue or gather at the review stand in front of the Stephen F. Austin Hotel at 7th & Congress. 

Parade Highlights and Schedule

• Kickoff: 9:00 AM at the Congress Avenue Bridge 
• Ceremony: 11:11 AM on the south steps of the Capitol
• Review Stand: Located at 7th & Congress (Stephen F. Austin Hotel) 
• Participation: Marching units, JROTC/ROTC groups, veteran and civic organizations, first responders, and more
