Pet Policy Overview

To provide a welcoming experience for everyone in our community, we ask that all pet owners review and follow the guidelines below:


  • Number of pets allowed:     Up to 2 per apartment
  • Pet screening required: Yes (completed during the leasing process)
  • Pet deposit: $300 per pet (refundable)
  • Monthly pet rent: $30 per pet
  • Weight restrictions: None


All pets must be registered and screened prior to move-in. Our team will guide you through the simple screening process and answer any questions along the way.


Breed Restrictions

For the comfort of all residents, we do restrict certain breeds, including any hybrids or mixed breeds of the following:


Pit Bull, Malamute, Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Chow Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, American Bulldog, and Karelian Bear Dog.
